£Competitive, London/Hybrid Working – September Start

An international FTSE 100-listed company is seeking an experienced Interim Assistant Company Secretary to support the delivery of high-quality governance and company secretarial services. Joining the company, which has a strong commitment to sustainability, will see you being part of a dynamic and high-performing Corporate Secretariat team in a role that offers exposure to a full range of listed company secretariat responsibilities, close interaction with senior stakeholders and the Board, and scope for meaningful professional development. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the preparation and management of the Board and Committee annual meeting programme, including agendas and papers
  • Act as secretary for UK and offshore  subsidiaries
  • Maintain statutory records and support year-end director disclosures
  • Contribute to the Annual Report, including the Corporate Governance and Directors' Reports
  • Manage share capital records and act as the main contact for share registrars

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Proven Company Secretarial experience, ideally within a UK-listed plc
  • Familiarity with UK Companies Act, UK Corporate Governance Code, Listing Rules, DTRs, and MAR

  • Strong attention to detail skills
  • Confident working individually and as part of a team
  • Proactive, collaborative and confident engaging with senior stakeholders.
