Company Secretary Manager – Law Firm
£Competitive, London (Hybrid – 2 days WFH)

We are working with a prestigious law firm as they plan to hire a Company Secretary Manager to join their credible and supportive Company Secretarial team based in London. The role will be responsible for a broad range of corporate entities and will be required to manage a company secretarial team. A proven track record of mentoring junior team members is beneficial, but they are not opposed to this being suitable for someone stepping up who displays the relevant character traits. You will need to have great technical expertise around transactional activities, and meeting management will not be a focal point so they would even consider candidates who do not have that experience. Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide end-to-end company secretarial support to a portfolio of clients, which will include but not be limited to supporting on transactions, ensuring they are run efficiently
  • Effectively manage client relationships, building rapport and trust.
  • Support the Company Secretarial team with any technical support and training when required
  • Manage the day-to-day activities of team members
  • Build and develop the procedures and operations to run the team efficiently
  • Effectively manage client deadlines and manage expectations when necessary.  

Essential Skills, Experience and Qualifications

  • Professional services experience preferred
  • CGI qualified preferred
  • Strong knowledge of UK Companies Act
  • Strong mentorship qualities
  • Excellent communication skills
