We have partnered with a market-leading consulting firm, which has a number of openings at Manager level, in their innovative company secretarial services team. Working with a diverse client base of UK and global clients, the successful applicants will take the lead on corporate governance projects, advise on reporting requirements, entity management, carry out corporate transactions and governance effectiveness reviews, among other duties. Ideally you will have previous experience in professional services or other complex environment (e.g. FTSE) and a commercial approach.   • Act to resolve issues which prevent the team working effectively.
  • Coach others, recognise their strengths, and encourage them to take ownership of their personal development.
  • Analyse complex ideas or proposals and build a range of meaningful recommendations.
  • Use multiple sources of information including broader stakeholder views to develop solutions and recommendations.

 

Essential Skills, Experience and Qualifications

  • CGI qualified/part-qualified.
  • Previous experience in professional services or other large/complex organisations.
  • Previous experience in corporate transactions/technical work.

  • Excellent communication, team-working, delegation and the interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills with a proactive attitude.
