Company Secretarial Assistant – Real Estate

We are working exclusively with a highly successful real estate investment and asset management organisation to appoint a Company Secretarial Assistant. Reporting directly into the Group Company Secretary, this role will support a collaborative Corporate Services team, contributing to the smooth running of management and subsidiary governance activities across a diverse and high-profile property portfolio.

The successful candidate will gain exposure to senior stakeholders and a broad range of company secretarial matters. Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Organising and minuting weekly management and executive meetings, including preparing agendas, collating papers, drafting minutes and tracking follow-up actions.
- Supporting the preparation of board and committee packs, agendas and reporting schedules for top-level entities.
- Maintaining and updating the group’s corporate structure chart and statutory records.
- Managing a portfolio of subsidiary entities, ensuring timely filings of accounts, confirmation statements and other statutory submissions.
- Advising on internal governance processes
- Providing general company secretarial and administrative support to the wider Corporate Services function.
Essential Skills, Experience and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a corporate or professional environment.
- Qualified/part-qualified or studying towards the CGI qualification.
- IT literate, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Key Attitudes and Behaviours:
- Excellent attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organised, process-driven and able to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
- Ability to build strong relationships across teams and at all levels of the organisation.
