Chartered Secretary - FTSE250 Financial Services

A Chartered Secretary with listed company experience is sought by this well regarded Asset Manager. Reporting directly to the Deputy Group Company Secretary, you'll play a key role as Secretary to regulated and non-regulated Boards. 
Providing advice, guidance and support to the chairman, non-exec's and executive directors on a regular basis will be required, so you'll need to demonstrate proven experience (and comfort) of operating at this level. You'll also be supporting the team in the delivery of various ongoing governance projects, so a positive, collaborative and supportive approach will work well in this team.
