Director of Company Secretarial

I am currently working with a newly formed specialist company secretarial and corporate services firm, developed by one of the UK's leading boutique company secretarial services provider.

They are looking for a Director of Company Secretarial to join the growing business and take primary responsibility for the delivery of a range of company secretarial services to a variety of listed clients.

Successful candidates will have previous experience working in a listed environment or have provided company secretarial services to listed clients previously. Experience working in a client facing role would also be an advantage but not a prerequisite for this role.

This is a very exciting and rare opportunity for someone to get involved in a rapidly growing start-up. They are looking to offer up to £85,000 for this role, dependant on experience
