Share Scheme Administrator

Our client is looking for a junior team member to join it’s established and expanding Secretariat to focus on share scheme work. Reporting into the Company Secretariat Share Schemes Manager/Assistant Company Secretary this role would suit a candidate with a little core company secretarial or share schemes knowledge who is keen to focus more in this area as a main specialisation. Our client is a large private group with c1500 shareholders participating in bespoke schemes peculiar to them. This would be an ideal step into this arena for a bright, numerate graduate with strong drafting skills, able to communicate across all levels of seniority and able to deal with varied situations. The group is growing fast, and they aspire to have more and more shareholders in future, so they seek someone who will grow with them in this role, and be able to add value as they develop their offering and improve systems and processes around share scheme delivery.
 

The head office is based in London EC3A, This is a full time, permanent role. Flexible working will be available if required, 3 days minimum in the office, 2 days WFH.
 

Role Summary
Responsible for day to day administration of shareholder and corporate client accounts on Company Secretarial software, currently Diligent Entities, and other manual and computer-based systems through data entry, validation, management and reconciliation across systems, and drafting and managing correspondence with shareholders and the Group's advisers. To support the team, respond to queries and assist with any share-related queries.
