Director of Built Environment

We are currently working with an Essex based Housing Association who are currently seeking a Director of Built Environment to join the organisation and sit as part of the Senior Leadership Team.

This role will be responsible for the strategic direction, vision and leadership to the organisation. As well as leading on the management and performance of all activities included in the Built Environment directorate which encompasses new homes development and strategic asset management activities.

You will be reporting straight to the Chief Executive and will be offered excellent exposure sitting as part of the SLT.

This role offers excellent flexible working with only 3/4 days in their Essex offices required per month. An excellent salary of up to £110,000 is also on offer for the right candidate.
