Company Secretarial Assistant - PLC Manchester/Remote

Our PLC client is looking for a Company Secretarial Assistant to join their small team. This is a full-time, permanent role. You will join a growing team, which includes industry leading experts in a friendly and committed working environment and get involved in a variety of tasks. This is a newly created role generated from the increasing growth of the business, reporting directly into the Head of the Secretariat in a small, close-knit team of 5.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for the next step in their career, who can grow and develop in this new exciting role. As our client is listed on the London Stock Exchange previous listed experience would be useful but is not a pre-requisite. The successful candidate is likely to have some previous company secretarial experience and be part or fully CGI qualified, or committed to working towards this qualification. The HQ is in prestigious offices in Central Manchester, however, our client is open to discussing flexible working arrangements.
