Senior Company Secretarial Assistant

Our client, a FTSE100 construction company, are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Senior Company Secretarial Assistant to join their team in York. This role sits within an established, close-knit team of 5. While initially you will be required in the office full time for training purposes, the role will operate on a hybrid working basis following this. If you have previous company secretarial experience and are a team player looking to progress their career then do get in contact!

Key Role and Responsibilities

  • Assist with annual report and AGM
  • Prepare agendas
  • Ensure statuary compliance
  • Carry out day-to-day ad hoc tasks
  • Complete filings to companies house
  • Work with the company’s subsidiary Charity foundation
  • Oversee the maintenance of the corporate website

Experience and Qualifications

  • At least 1-2 years’ experience in a company secretarial role
  • ICSA Qualified/ studying towards

  • Passionate and enthusiastic about company secretarial work
  • ‘Can-do’ attitude
  • Ability to multi-task, work to tight deadlines and cope under pressure
