Corporate Secretarial Assistant - London E1
Our client seeks to hire a Corporate Secretarial Assistant on a full time, permanent basis, reporting directly to the head of department, the Corporate Secretarial Manager. You will assist in providing a comprehensive administration service to the Board and Committees within the group, to be responsible for collating, preparing Board Papers and ensuring their distribution in a timely manner.
This role comes with a plenty of responsibility, visibility and ownership of key Board and Committee meetings - you must be able to demonstrate excellent minute taking skills as well as the communication and interpersonal skills to work with senior stakeholders. The Corporate Secretarial Manager is also keen to continually develop new technology based solutions to streamline processes – he would be very keen for their new recruit to have a significant, active role in this.

- Someone with exceptional customer service skills and the ability to act professionally at all times
- Previous company secretarial/administrative/ Board level experience would be advantageous
