Governance Manager (3 month FTC) - Housing Association (Kent based/Remote)

This Kent based Housing association is now seeking some interim support at Governance Manager level. Starting asap, this full time role will be offered as a three month fixed term contract - two days in the office, three from home. 
Reporting to the Director of Governance, you'll be tasked with taking a lead role in ensuring the delivery of sound governance advice and effective secretariat support to the organisation during your time in post. 
As this is a relatively short interim assignment, you'll need to hit the ground running, ideally being CGI/ICSA qualified with experience of working in the public or not-for-profit sector. You will need to have live minuting experience, ideally at Board level. You will also have the day to support of a more junior member of the team.
