The Chartered Governance Institute UK & Ireland maintains a presence in the Isle of Man through its local branch committee. The local branch strives to enhance the presence of the Institute within the Isle of Man, to support members and students throughout their careers and study programmes, as qualified or aspiring governance professionals. Meet your branch committee
Juan Moore ACG, Branch Chair
Juan Moore has been an associate member of the Chartered Governance Institute since 2004, and a Fellow since 2017. He has extensive experience within the Trust and Company Service Provider sector where he worked for in-excess of twenty years. Juan more recently worked 6 years as CEO of the Law Society before establishing his own governance and compliance consultancy company, Resolute Consultancy Limited. Juan was a member of the Isle of Man Branch Council for 7 years. Juan was instrumental in establishing, and chairs, the branch Wellbeing Committee in 2022. Juan was elected as branch president in December 2022.
