Adam Creamore, Sustainable Finance & ESG Adviser, IOMFSA

With the remit of delivering the Authority’s work under the Isle of Man Sustainable Finance Roadmap, Adam joined the Authority in April 2025. The scope of work involves ensuring that the Isle of Man has a regulatory environment that enables firms to offer sustainable finance products, supported by guidance and regulation that keeps up with international standards whilst remaining tailored and proportionate for the Isle of Man’s own context. Prior to joining the Authority, Adam has over eight years’ experience working with an accountancy firm with experience in ESG consultancy and audit and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales having qualified as a chartered accountant in 2019.

 Andrew Kniveton, Head of Policy & Risk, IOMFSA

Andrew Kniveton joined the Authority in 2010 as a supervisor in the fiduciary services team before moving to the regulatory policy team in 2013. Since then, Andrew has been involved in the research, development and implementation of a wide range of regulatory policy initiatives and has supported the organisation’s risk management and information governance frameworks through various roles. Andrew became Head of the Policy & Risk Division in 2024, which is responsible for the Authority’s regulatory policy, enterprise risk management framework and information governance compliance. Prior to joining the Authority, Andrew worked in the corporate and trust services sector in the Isle of Man. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Laws from Durham University, is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment, and is a Chartered Governance Professional of the Chartered Governance Institute
