Our international financial services client needs some support to join their small team asap until the end of this year. The ideal candidate would have most of the following skills and experience;
- Have experience of attending Board / sub-committee meetings and writing minutes and capturing actions;
- Have experience of using and uploading documents to a Board portal
- Have experience of using an electronic statutory books database and making filings at Companies House– Diligent Entities
- Have experience of using Microsoft Visio for the Group structure chart; and
- Have experience of using the main Office 365 products (e.g Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and SharePoint)
Their key responsibilities would be:
- Maintaining the statutory registers and making filings in line with the statutory deadlines
- Maintaining the Group’s Structure Chart
- Responding to corporate governance and Know Your Client requests from internal and external stakeholders
- Board and Committees meeting support – acting as secretary for a number of committees within the Group
- Supporting the Deputy Company Secretary and Chief Legal Officer/Company Secretary.
