Interim Governance Officer (minimum 6-month FTC)

The Core Partnership are proud to be supporting a fantastic housing association in their search for an Interim Governance Professional. This is an exciting opportunity to provide valuable support to their governance team during a particularly busy period, helping to ensure the smooth running of Board and Committee operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality governance and administrative support to the Board and its Committees, including agenda planning, minute-taking, and tracking of actions.
- Support the ongoing development and implementation of governance frameworks, policies, and procedures.
- Support on adhoc governance projects and administrative tasks when required.
Experience and Qualifications
- Strong minuting skills and experience in minuting Board and Committee meetings.
- Good understanding of governance frameworks, compliance obligations, and best practice in corporate administration.
Attributes and Behaviours
- Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritise effectively and manage competing deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive, adaptable, a collaborative team player who brings a positive and solutions-focused attitude.
This role offers a competitive salary, depending on experience, with flexible hybrid working and occasional travel to Milton Keynes for key meetings.
