About

Starting with the main aims and drivers for investment, this module goes on to explore how funds are created, administered and regulated. A range of fund products and services are examined, together with the ways in which invertors’ assets are protected and their returns generated. The regulatory environment for the funds industry, including the legislation and the bodies which regulate this area, are covered in the context of different jurisdictions, the EU and  internationally.
