Lesley Ward FCG has been a chartered Governance Professional for 18 years. Whilst working as a company secretary she was introduced to the power of coaching to transform personal performance and subsequently trained in coaching techniques.
She is accredited with the International Coaching Federation and has coached and mentored individuals at all points in their career and in different roles. She specialises in working with governance professionals.
