Built around the concept of Situational Intelligence, and delivered through collaborative group-led learning, participants leave with the passion, enthusiasm, insights and strategies to truly make a difference.

Modular

The modular programme is offered as a series of three one-to-one coaching sessions, scheduled throughout the year. These coaching sessions will build on your governance experience and develop your professional strengths. On completion, you’ll be able to recognise and understand the strategic factors driving your organisation, influence boardroom behaviour and lead governance thinking. You will be eligible for a 25% discount off the modular programme fees if you book all three together.
