Mark Leyland-Smith
Mark Leyland Smith is a Chartered Governance Professional and Chartered Accountant and has been a member of the Chartered Governance Institute for over 25 years. Mark has a long executive career in multi-functional senior leadership roles, and as a non-executive Chair of an Audit & Risk Committee. He has worked closely with, supported, and advised Chairs, throughout his career.
Mark is an ICF-credentialled executive coach and, as a consultant, works with organisations in governance, risk, and assurance, adopting a coaching mindset and a facilitative style, bringing an external perspective to draw out board and executive learning.
