In 2021, hundreds of CGI members took the time to contribute to an important study on governance that captured a unique moment in time during Covid.
The findings from the resulting report - Mindful Exclusion - helped many members to open a conversation with their boards and executive teams on how to adopt a more mindful approach to decision making. The follow-up report in 2022 provided greater clarity on what this shift meant in practice.
This year, the Institute is once again partnering with the Centre for Synchronous Leadership to produce an updated version of the Mindful Exclusion report based on the new landscape in which we find ourselves. In the light of recent shifts in technology, geopolitics and sustainability – we hope that many of you will feel called to contribute to this body of research.
