Click on the reset password link and allow up to four hours for the reset link to be delivered to your email address. The reset link will be sent to the email address we have on the system for you.
Please don’t call us immediately, you need to allow up to four hours for the reset link to reach you. In the meantime, please check your junk/spam folders. If you have changed your email address, the reset link will be sent to the email that was used as part of your initial registration. Your username was set up when you first registered with us, so it is likely to be the email you used then; even if this was your old work email address it will still work as your username.
