John has just stepped down from the board of CGIUKI having been President from 2017 - 20 and serves as the global Institute’s Vice President. A self-employed consultant in the share registration industry for over 10 years, John previously carried out a number of senior management roles in operations, compliance and risk, and client relations for Lloyds Bank Group.
