Every year, the FRC reviews a large sample of annual reports published by a range of FTSE 100, FTSE 250, and small cap companies against the Corporate Governance Code. From this, the FRC publish a report outlining the findings, including any key trends that have been identified, examples of good practice, or areas where corporate governance reporting could be improved or reduced.
