The Board Evaluation Lab is a hands on, in person workshop for governance professionals, board members and other senior leaders who want to elevate their board’s effectiveness.Across a focused half day, we will work through real world scenarios, investigate approaches to benchmarking board performance, and explore what “good” looks like in contemporary external reviews. Expect practical tools, honest discussion and a structured methodology you can take straight back to your organisation. Insightful, practical and grounded in best practice, this is governance learning that’s both applied and applicable.
