Victoria is President of the UKRIAT Committee and qualified as a chartered secretary over 20 years ago. She has significant experience in listed companies and Victoria has been on the UKRIAT Committee since it was formed in 2014, having originally been elected to the Institute’s Council in 2013.
James has been General Counsel at Sanne since 2019. He is responsible for setting Sanne's legal and commercial strategy to ensure an effective operating platform which is best in class, providing unrivalled support to clients. James' areas of focus include platform support, litigation, projects and product development. He is also responsible for the insurance and company secretarial teams.
Clive is a Director within Sanne Group (Guernsey) Limited (“Sanne”). He has over 25 years’ experience in the offshore finance industry with a focus on investment funds for the last 20 years. Prior to joining Sanne he worked for a mid-size fund administrator where he was an Associate Director, with responsibility for the administration of several venture capital, technology, private equity funds and real estate funds.
Over the last ten years Clive has held appointments on the boards of several venture capital funds specialising in mid-market buy outs, e-commerce, technology and property development both in the Far-East, Northern Europe and in the United Kingdom.
