We provide support to the Institute's members and students in the region.

The aims of the branch are:

  • To offer CPD and networking events for members and non-members alike.
  • To support and encourage students.
  • To promote the profession in Mauritius and the Seychelles

Join us in Mauritius for a special governance conference bringing together board directors, company secretaries and governance professionals from across the region.

The Chartered Governance Institute’s CEO, Linda Ford, will be attending and speaking at the event as part of the Institute’s growing engagement with governance professionals in Mauritius and the wider Indian Ocean region.

Mauritius has made strong progress in strengthening governance frameworks and continues to position itself as a trusted international financial centre. This conference will explore the next phase of governance leadership such as strengthening capability, standards and professional expertise across organisations.
