Building Board Effectiveness for Health and Safety

Neil Molyneux

Neil Molyneux has over 35 years’ experience in health and safety. This includes being an HSE Inspector, leading the H&S function in companies and public bodies, and working as a consultant. In recent years, he has developed a particular specialism in ‘good governance in health and safety’. He presents on this subject, along with good H&S leadership, to boards, directors, and other senior managers. He also helps H&S professionals to develop a more strategic approach, as part of their CPD. He has been a Trustee of IOSH, the Chartered professional body for health and safety, and an independent member of a high-level board overseeing H&S at the MOD.
