Coaching Skill for Governance Professionals

Being a governance professional can be challenging especially when managing a team or managing upwards. Coaching skills has proven to be the most effective way to motivate people and colleagues performances. The same skills can also be applied in other situations such as working with the board.

We have developed a 2-hour one-to-one coaching session which will enable you to focus on how coaching skills can support you as governance professional. You will complete a pre-course questionnaire, which will assist the trainer to address your unique challenges.
