Directors and their Duties

This intensive and practical course empowers directors to perform their governance role effectively by teaching the key responsibilities, liabilities and activities of a director.

What are the key duties for directors? Company directors perform an essential role in performing good governance and helping companies take sound strategic decisions.  But they are more exposed than ever, to regulators, to shareholder action, to the realities of the current business climate.
