Essential Corporate Governance

An essential overview of the role of boards in delivering good corporate governance, the regulatory landscape and key responsibilities for directors.

Good governance drives better decision making, unlocks business growth, reduces risk and ensures organisations are fit for the future. Bad governance increases the risk of reputational damage, financial losses, or corporate failure.
