Natasha Broomfield-Reid

Natasha Broomfield-Reid is the Founder and Director of Diverse Matters, with over 25 years’ experience in diversity and inclusion. She’s held senior roles across sectors, including at Victim Support and Mills & Reeve. Natasha designs and delivers training on topics like bias, disability, race equity and LGBT+ inclusion. She’s a recognised speaker and has won multiple awards, including Entrepreneur of the Year in 2024. Natasha also volunteers as a governor at King Edward VI Sixth Form College.
