• Assess the genuine necessity and strategic fit of AI solutions for specific organisational roles and operations, identifying where AI can or cannot add value

GRAD-002 AI Discussions in the Boardroom: Masterclass

• Focus: Sifting through AI "noise," framing AI discussions, and developing a robust AI reporting approach.

GRAD-003 Deploying AI in the Secretariat: Masterclass

• Duration: 1 hour
• Focus: Addressing privacy, security, IP, and discoverability in AI deployment within the Secretariat.

GRAD-004 AI Regulatory Landscape for Boards: Masterclass

• Duration: 1 hour
• Focus: Understanding global AI legislation and compliance responsibilities for the Secretariat and Board.
