CGIUKI branches are places for members, students and non-members interested in governance to meet, learn and feel part of a governance community.

Competencies have been used to help organisations recruit, manage and develop their employees for decades.

CGIUKI will accredit Henley’s MA Board Practice and Directorship Qualification, and award Affiliated Member status to students who successfully complete the programme.

Become a Chartered Secretary or Chartered Governance Professional. This qualification is for governance professionals, company secretaries, and individuals from law or finance transferring to governance roles.

Building a sense of belonging should be the key driver of EDI initiatives according to the CEO of the winner of the 2021 CGIUKI award for Diversity and Inclusion Initiative of the Year.
