Deborah Upton is Executive Director (Governance) for the Circle Housing Group and is responsible, amongst other areas, for legal and committee services within the Group, which has 120 board members. She is a Solicitor with over twenty years public sector experience within local government, including Medway, Boston Borough and East Sussex County Council. Deborah is responsible for maintaining the high standards of corporate governance at Board level and throughout the Group, keeping abreast of all legislative, regulatory and corporate governance developments.
