Pierre Lechat has been working within the financial industry over the last 16 years.  In 2023 he joined TMF Group where he’s heading the newly launched ESG Administration Services. Before joining TMF Group, he was working at Morningstar where his passion for sustainability and ESG reporting started.

Ashutosh Gupta, Head of ESG Delivery & Project Management, TMF Group

Ashutosh is highly experienced in sustainability strategy consulting and project management with over 14 years of experience across various industries and sectors. He has a proven track record in advising various businesses to achieve their sustainability goals, with a focus on corporate governance, environmental, and social elements. He is passionate about supporting responsible investing and integrating ESG considerations into performance reporting and disclosure.

Margot Fransen, General Counsel Sustainability | Global Counsel Oral Care | Head of Legal Netherlands, Unilever Plc

Appointed as General Counsel Sustainability | Global Counsel Oral Care in July 2023 & recently added the Head of Legal Netherlands role.

The GC Sustainability role is pivotal in aligning Unilever’s operations with its sustainability goals: aiming to build a business that can deliver value for a range of stakeholders over the long-term in the right way. Guiding the organization’s legal strategies and policies to ensure governance, transparency and compliance with sustainability regulations and social responsibility, including stakeholder management. 

Until 1 August 2023 Margot was Chief Counsel Executive Compensation and Secretary to the Compensation Committee for Unilever Plc. In that capacity she was responsible for Executive Compensation, Incentive Plans, wider HR and Corporate matters, including Stakeholder Management around these topics.

Dutch qualified lawyer with over 25 years of expertise knowledge in ESG, Corporate Governance, Board Matters, Stakeholder Management , Executive Compensation and Global Marketing in FMCG. She has experience working in private practice advising listed corporate clients & VC from a range of industries and jurisdictions re wider Capital Markets matters.

Margot is passionate about learning new things, and holds Master’s degrees in Civil, Corporate and Securities Law. Mother of 3, loves interior design, fashion, skiing, surfing, pilates, padel and singing in the shower.

David Gracie, Director and Co-owner, Indigo Governance

David joined Indigo as Director and co-owner in June 2021. David performs the role of Company Secretary for both listed and private companies, covering all core duties including board support and corporate activity, and takes the lead on a range of governance projects including the Annual Report and Accounts. Prior to joining Indigo, David was at KPMG where he had led the Global Company Secretarial division since 2016, and had previously spent 17 years at Makinson Cowell providing corporate governance and investor relations advice to FTSE 350 boards. David is a Fellow of the Chartered Governance Institute, having qualified as a company secretary in 2005, and is also a Trustee of the Mulberry Schools Trust, a multi-academy trust based in East London
