In order to support those responsible for ensuring their Board is reviewed professionally, the Institute has created a directory of accredited board performance reviewers. These providers have demonstrated an exemplary service in the undertaking of board performance reviews and are aligned to our Code of Practice.

Welcome to The Chartered Governance Institute, Irish Region. We support and develop governance, risk and compliance professionals, including chartered company secretaries, in Ireland and the UK.

CGIUKI will accredit Henley’s MA Board Practice and Directorship Qualification, and award Affiliated Member status to students who successfully complete the programme.
