Essential Board Performance Reviews

Board performance reviews, also known as board effectiveness reviews or evaluations, are a critical tool for organisations to continuously improve governance and board-level decision making. If performed well, they enable boards and individual directors to improve the quality and effectiveness of their discussions and decisions. This training course supports those with board review experience who are either looking to develop their skills as an internal board reviewer or develop an external review offering as a consultant. It will use practical examples and peer-to-peer learning to help delegates think through the whole board review process from initial engagement to implementing outcomes and offer ideas for maximising the value of board reviews to everyone who participates in them.
